You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Items must be in like-new condition, with original packaging and accessories included. Reasonable testing, such as opening the package, inspecting, and trying on or loading the bag, is permitted and does not affect return eligibility. We provide a prepaid return label. Return shipping is free. No restocking fees. Refunds are processed within 2 business days of return receipt; bank posting may take 5–10 business days. Reporting damaged items within 7 business days does not limit your 30-calendar-day return rights.
